Good service & excellent sandwich

I love this place, ive been coming here for the past 40 years. Mike and Joanie are awesome. This place is always busy so if you like fresh food that turns over product fast then this is the place for you. Best deli/market around.

Fresh fruit and veggies for sale, gourmet sandwiches, and bodega prices. What's not to like? Really awesome hidden gem in Oceanside -- been a few times each time with higher expectations and it always delivers. In a town crowded with delis, this one still manages to stand out.

This place has good as well as fresh prepared food ..multiple options ... I have been going here to mainly have a healthy lunch through the past 6 years ....Quality has always been consistent.... Go and enjoy a great dish ..or just a sandwich... This place does not have seating .. Food is prepared to go

Owner Mike is a really good guy been going there since I was in high school 25 years ago. Best coffee around

I went to farmer Joel's today and the heavyset woman behind the counter is extremely rude and condescending....she makes fun of people loudly..which I've witnessed on several occasions!! I will NEVER shop there again.

I like this place but they don’t enforce the sign on the door that says please wear a face mask. Saw somebody in here with no mask and that should NOT be ok.

Best sandwiches n service!

Its hard to find a good deli. It takes a long time to get a sandwich...no urgency to get you out the door. They also use the minimal amount of meat on sandwiches

Great food. Home made. Best chicken cutlets/chicken wings/salads (it's really all good!) in Nassau County! Nicest people ever! Fantastic customer service. A must visit if in Oceanside.

Love farmer Joel's! have been a customer since 1990! they make such great sandwiches and i can tell you that the rolls and hero's are excellent quality. they make such good salads. I also LOVE and often get their fried eggplant ! everyone that works there is SO SO nice. they always aim to please. they do have a place to sit down with your food outside in front of the store. hopefully some day they will make a little place to eat your food on the inside. thanks for the memories farmer J's!

Disappointment at it's finest! Ordered a bfast wrap, 3 whites, broccoli, turkey, spk in a wrap. The sandwich was mostly a huge wrap that was way too big for a bfast wrap and made it appear to be a large sandwich. It was melting with American cheese and had pieces of tin foil in it and there was almost no eggs to be found with one slice of turkey. Not what I ordered! An absolute mess and a horrid example of quality. Unfortunately the search for a great quality bfast wrap goes on as many places cannot get this simple concept down. I'm embarrassed by this for a place that has rave reviews and supposedly good food.

I like farmer Joel's. They have the best bacon egg and cheese sandwiches.

This is the greatest Delicatessen in town. The hometown feel is awesome and the food is top notch.
